The owner and founder of BESCo Computer Services worked for IBM for 28 years where Customer Service is a mantra of each employee. Upon "retiring" from IBM, he carried this philosophy into his own business and it has served BESCo Computer Services and it's customers well.
The business got started with the owner working as a consultant for a large company replacing manual data gathering and reporting projects with databases. A financial downturn resulted in a number of layoffs within the company. People went to other organizations where they spotted the need for databases and called us for help. The company has grown by "word of mouth" and has never had to advertise.
We have customers in many states that we've never met personally. They are referred to us and contact us via email. They send us a request along with their requirements and we produce a database for them.
Our best advertisement has always been our customers.
We pride ourself on quality workmanship at a reasonable price. We enjoy working with our customers. Many have become good friends.
